Within the territory of krapina-zagorje County Municipality of Kraljevec na Sutli occupies the southwestern part of the border whose territorial boundaries of the municipality of the western part along the riverbed of the river Sutla State border to the Republic of Slovenia, the southern part bordering with the Zagreb County, the northern part borders with the city of Klanjec and East with the municipality of Veliko Trgovišce. Good position within the krapina-zagorje County, a valuable natural landscape (especially the Sutla River Valley, and the territory of the Radakova, numerous cultural and historical buildings, and especially the numerous preserved wooden old hiža, specials are that should ensure a good tourist development on the territory of the municipality. The whole municipality has 10 villages: Draše (123 inhabitants), the upper Čemehovec (125 inhabitants), Kačkovec (152 inhabitants), Kapelski Vrh (104 inhabitants), Kraljevec na Sutli (377 inhabitants), Lukavec Klanječki (population 64), Movrač (135 inhabitants), Pušava (28 inhabitants), Radakovo (505 inhabitants) and Strmec Sutlanski (104 inhabitants).
