The company Dekaform was founded in 1992. of the year. The main activity of the company are consulting services in the area of establishing a standardized system of quality management, environment, energy, food security and health and safety at work according to the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001 and the establishment of HACCP system in accordance with legal requirements. Personal experience of consultants on these jobs is greater than 20 years. In this period they acquired practical experience on introduction of the system in organizations of different sizes and industries, from crafts to the organisation of the Ministry. They developed their own programs, introducing a system which, through courses and workshops at the client and also introduces the system. In the framework of consultancy services Dekaform is performed by its own staff training programs that cover the needs of the knowledge of the staff of the Organization for access to the certification. Held over 350 courses for more than 3500 students and trained more than 1200 of the internal audit.
